Any recipe suggestions for apple cider vinegar? Just got a huge bottle from my mom!

You can use it for making salad dressing or Ginger-ACV Mocktail, the recipe is as below: Salad dressing: 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Toppings: Spinach Apple Walnuts Raisins Cheese of your choice Combine vinegar, water, honey, salt and pepper in a blender. Drizzle olive oil into blender until combined. Combine dressing & toppings; serve. Ginger-ACV Mocktail 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon fresh ginger water 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 8 ounces sparkling water raw honey to taste Pour over ice and enjoy!
