Recently my output has been reducing , I don't know is because I latch lo before I come to work that's why reduce or due to other reason, I latch him in the morning ard 6 am or 6 am plu then when I reach work I will pump ard 10.30 am and my output is 50ml drop to 40ml now or sometime 30ml plu. The second time I pump would be 3pm which is 30ml or 20ml, I have to use two day pump to make a bottle of ard 120ml for my lo to drink ~ I am getting disheartening , I don't know why I can't be like the others to have so much supply when I took fenugreek and also mothers tea or fennel tea.
Just to share my story of milk supply.. Hope it helps and encourages u.. I wanna share my experience as a low supply mum to having enough supply now n more.. During the first 2 weeks, i still can go total bf. After that on 3rd week, suddenly supply drop drastically, from 40ml on each side to 20ml. Den i supplement with fm. I was less stress, i went on liquid parade, find n try all kinds of recommended boosters. I had alot of soups whatever soup u can name it i tried it. Den on tv there's this tcm show where mark Lee hosted? I went to buy their chinese medication.. It started to help abit.. I drink alot of barley water, oats, oats milk, fruit tree carrot juice thru out the day, eat sashimi when i had the chance( sashimi is my booster) garlic, overnight oats with chia seeds. On one date night with hubby for dinner, i think it's the beef or cheese soup, i yield 100ml on one side. Now my average is 60-80 ml on one side n i direct Latch for 2 weeks straight and didn't pump, slowly build supply. I latch one side and pump the other. Now my bb latches and i can still pump to store. Usually i latch thru out the day n will pump in the night to store or day time. Depending. Now i At least pump once a day to store additional abt 160-200ml. These days my drink thru out the day is either UFC coconut water or barley water. I try everything single thing tat can boost milk even though i hate oats, hate celery.. Alot of things i dun eat before but for the sake of milk supply i eat now. I also eat salmon alternate days.

I also latch my lo about 6plus, my next pump will be 9.45am, 12.45pm & 3.45pm. maybe you might want to pump 3 hourly if ur works permit. cus your pump schedule is abt 4-5hrs apart, maybe your body thought that baby doesnt need that much of milk, so the supply reduced.

mummy, don't be disheartened. There will be moments when our supply dip. there will be ups and downs in our supply. Remember, dont give yourself too much stress. Drink more warm water or soup before you pump. I had to give my LO some fm when my menses suddenly came and supply dropped. I gave him full bm only when my body regulated and i had more milk.
