less bm
Recently i notice that my bm is getting lesser and lesser and ive been drinking homemade ice lemon tea that u could get at the kopi shop out there. Does it actually affect my bm ?

Might be a problem,, did you reduce pump time or frequency? And did your period came alrd? These things will affect your yield too
