Wait for my gynae or go kkh first

Recently feeling unwell (cramps, diarrhea, vomit) so went to polyclinic to see doc, after that discovered that i’m pregnant again (2nd pregnancy). I planned to go back to my gynae but have to wait till July. Polyclinic had arranged appt for me this week at kkh, shld i go kkh for the 1st scan or just wait for my gynae? Although is my 2nd pregnancy but i feel more uncomfortable & tired than 1st pregnancy..
