Refusing milk

Recently my 27month old toddler refusing his night time milk. So now he only drink 250ml of milk the whole day. Is it enough? If not how can I make him make milk again?

Is he taking his dinner well? When my toddler eat well and feel full he refuse night time milk.

He still finish his dinner like usual. Previously he finish he dinner he still want to drink his milk. Just recently he stop drinking it
