If you can devote your time to ensure your child is learning and playing well at home, you can keep them at home and bring them out just to have social interactions with their peers. But if you are busy to give your attention, can consider putting in playgroup so that they can pick up some skills. Otherwise, your child will probably be bored at home too if there isn’t much learning at 18mths.
