Mama, honestly the safest route is to check with your OB or pedia about Stresstabs while breastfeeding, kasi bawat brand may different ingredients at dosage, at gusto mo sure na safe para sa baby, hindi ba? A few of us mums have taken vitamins during EBF pero mas okay talaga kung doctor-approved muna, especially pag may specific concerns ka like stress or nutrition gaps. Better safe than sorry with breastfeeding, mama!
