Ay, honestly best to check with your OB muna on this one kasi every pregnancy is different, at iba-iba ang temperature ng hot springs, some might be too hot para sa baby, hindi ba? A few of my mum friends said their doctors advised against it during pregnancy kasi may risk ng overheating and dehydration, especially when you're 6 months na. Better safe than sorry with these things, especially when it involves the little one!
