Mommie, salabat is generally okay during pregnancy, pero since you're at 5 months I'd really suggest checking with your OB first just to be sure, some moms sa circle ko drank it without issues, pero better safe than sorry lalo na sa ganitong sensitive stage, kaya consult na lang with your doc to be on the safe side!
