Honestly, dagat is usually okay during pregnancy, pero maraming variables, kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB first para ma-confirm based sa your specific situation and health. A few of us moms went to the beach during first trimester, pero lagi naming kinonsulta muna ang doctor namin about water safety, sun exposure, at kung may complications pa ba, kaya please don't skip that step, ha.
