Salabat. Lemon at honey

Yes, salabat with honey and lemon is generally safe while breastfeeding, ginger, honey, and lemon are all pretty common in Filipino households and a lot of us moms drink it without any issues. Just make sure the honey is pure and the water is properly boiled para sa safety, at kung paano mo lang ino-enjoy normally, okay lang yan sa baby rin through breastmilk. Pero if your baby shows any unusual reaction or if you're worried, best to check with your OB or pediatrician lang para sa peace of mind!
