Myra E is generally okay for breastfeeding moms kasi vitamin E lang siya, pero since you're nursing, mas safe talaga na i-check muna with your OB or pedia just to be sure, lalo na if you're taking it regularly, you know how cautious we need to be. A few of my mum friends take it while breastfeeding din, pero better safe than sorry talaga, especially since bebe mo ang makaka-absorb indirectly through your milk!
