NO. Wag ka mag ferrous sulfate pag 1st trimester. Sa 2nd trimester iniinom yun. Ako kasi, nagpa obygyne ako sa private hospital. 7 weeks ako nung nagpa check up ako that time. Pag 1st trimester, NAPAKA IMPORTANTE ng folic acid sa baby mo. It reduces the risk of mom bearing a child with Neural Tube Defects and the risk of preterm births. Also, brain development na din for this stage. Kaya, I advice; uminom kana ng maternal milk like Anmum. Dahil madaming nutrients yun na best for your baby. Twice a day. Every morning and evening. Yung 800g., nasa P780 ang price nun. Sulit na yun. Kesa, small ang bilhin mo. Sis ,first check up ko 5weeks ,niresetahan ako ng folic acid tsaka continous ko lang ung vit.c. ko,after 2weeks nagpa TVS ako ,ayun 7weeks na pala si baby ,folic acid then multivitamins pinainum sakin 😘
No sis. According to my ob, di muna pwede mag ferrous sa first trimester. Folic acid muna and duphaston or duvadalin for pampakapit.
Not sure sis if what exactly will happen pero my ob told me na hindi pa kailangan. Pag 3 months kana pregnant, doon palang nag-feferrous.

May reseta po ba na binigay si ob? Usually alam naman po ng pharmacist yan basta sabihin nyo po pang preggy
Maigi na po muna momsh magpacheck up ka kahit health center lang muna. Kaysa mag self medication ka dyan.

Natry ko na kasi before un. Nasasaktan talaga ko. Kaya ngayon natatakot ako pacheck up balak ko sana pag medyo malaki n tyan ko para pwede na yung abdominal ultrasound.
