A few of us pregnant mums namin, sobrang craving kami ng sweets, and the OB said okay lang basta moderation at hindi lahat ng araw, plus make sure ang ice cream ay from trusted sources para walang listeria risk. Ang chocolate especially dark chocolate, may benefits pa daw for blood flow kaya go ahead, pero balance with healthy food din para sa baby mo. Congrats on your pregnancy!
