Aww first time mommy, congrats! Honestly, hindi ko alam exactly kung ano yung "to" na binigay sa'yo, kailangan mo talaga mag-check with your OB para sigurado, lalo na when you're pregnant kasi sensitive ang katawan natin at some things pwede maka-affect sa baby. Seryoso, if you're not sure what something is or kung safe ba during pregnancy, always better to ask your doctor agad rather than risk it, most of us mums learned that the hard way haha!
