A few of my mum friends went through this around that age, sometimes it's just a phase, bisa sebab teething, atau baby sedang explore dan nak try bottle more. Tapi since baby refusing both breast and pump, kena check dengan doctor dulu to make sure x ada issues macam tongue tie atau thrush, okay? In the meantime, try expressing milk and offer in cup or bottle, keep trying latching when baby calm (morning time usually best), and jangan stress yourself too much, babies sense it and dapat harder. Hang in there, many of us managed through this and went back to nursing.
