Totoo yan, sis! A lot of us din dito sa circle namin were surprised na vaccines aren't just for kids, my tita got her flu shot last year at sobrang importante dahil she lives with my lolo, at kung sakaling may sakit siya, matransmit niya agad sa kanya. Vaccines protect not just the person getting them pero pati na rin ang vulnerable ones around them, especially ang elderly na mas mahina ang immune system. It's really about looking out for the whole family, hindi lang sarili natin.
