Hindi ko na-try yung Ecerflora specifically, pero a few of my mum friends used probiotics during pregnancy for constipation and it worked well for them without causing diarrhea, the key is making sure you're also drinking tons of water and eating fiber-rich foods kasi ang probiotics alone won't do the trick if you're not hydrated. Since your doctor prescribed it at specific dosage, I'd say follow that closely, pero if you do get loose stools after a few days, definitely tell your doc right away so she can adjust. As for the price, that varies sa pharmacy to pharmacy (try checking Guardian or Mercury or your trusted pharmacy), pero it's usually not super expensive. Congrats on your first baby, mama!
