Any one's preschooler 3-6 year old who doesn't nap? any sleep schedule to share thank u!

It's the routine. If the child can't nap, then just too bad. Still have to lie down and rest. Because if you allow them to do something else then they sure won't nap. Everyday tell you cannot nap. Lol
