Hai mama! Congrats on your pregnancy, 40 is not too late at all, many of us know moms who had healthy pregnancies then. Honestly, the main thing is just being extra on top of your check-ups and listening to your body, sebab pregnancy at this age does need a bit more monitoring, tapi most mums I know who went through this did absolutely fine. I'd suggest having a good chat with your doc about what extra screenings you might want, and don't stress yourself tapi do take care of yourself lah. You got this, mama!
