Flu and whooping cough vaccine

Hi any pregnant mummies here who have taken the above mentioned vaccines at the polyclinic recently? Can I just make an appointment on the health buddy app and tell the doctor I want to get the vaccines and get them immediately? Or do I have to inform the doctor and schedule another appointment?
