Coffee

Any pregnant mum here drink coffee every day? I stopped drinking coffee for three months after found out I'm pregnant but I can't take it anymore... I go to work like wanna die because so tired and sleepy every day. My mum, grandma, sis in law and cousins all tell me they also drink coffee everyday when pregnant (just once a day) also no problem. But just one cup a day. What do you think?
