Ay, that's something worth checking with your OB talaga, especially since you're already noticing it and it's bothering you! At 21 weeks baby can be in all sorts of positions kaya it's hard to say kung normal lang siya or may something else going on, better safe than sorry, diba. A few of my mum friends had similar discomforts during pregnancy and it turned out to be nothing serious, but some needed adjustments sa daily activities, so best to get it checked out para maging sure. Let your doctor know exactly kung saan and when you feel it, para ma-assess nila properly!
