Im 7weeks pregnant and i cant eat and drink anything .coz i always vomit what should i do ?

Ganyan din po ako dati, tapos sabi po ni ob, malalamig daw po kainin, ice cream po daw tsaka inom po cold water and magtoothbrush po every kain, crackers nalang din po muna every morning.
