Pregnancy is not fun

My pregnancy is not fun for me not one bit.. from the start of my pregnancy to me giving birth. The post partum "berpantang" is too strict and on top of that I feel like "berpantang" is another term to put the mother on a diet and loose weight. Other than that I don't see any benefit of "berpantang". Well that's my experience anyways😓 Plus with no family support and love really hots you emotionally. The only great part about it is I have my baby boy with me now🥰

Aih mama, aku dengar hati kamu, memang pregnancy dan postpartum journey ni tak semuanya indah seperti yang orang cerita kan Berpantang memang ada reasons dia dari segi healing the body, tapi aku faham juga kalau rasa macam restriction je, especially tanpa support dari keluarga untuk explain atau tolong. Yang paling penting sekarang adalah kamu dan baby boy kamu okay lah, emotional support tu equally importante sebagai physical recovery, jadi jangan rasa bersalah kalau kamu perlu cari ways to feel better, whether tu through friends, online communities, atau kalau kena professional help pun, no shame in that.
