Hi Mamshi, im 30 weeks preggy.. tdinapuan ako ng ubo ngayon, nkakasama pa ito kay baby?

Aww mama, cough during pregnancy can be scary talaga, but honestly it's usually okay, baby's safe inside protected ng amniotic fluid naman. I'd still suggest checking in with your OB just to be sure, especially kung matagal na ang ubo or may fever ka, kasi gusto nating ma-rule out kung iba ang cause at ma-treat agad if needed. A few of my mum friends had cough during pregnancy din, and ang advice ng docs nila was to rest, drink lots of fluids, at maybe have honey or calamansi to soothe the throat naturally muna bago mag-take ng meds.
