Headache and nape pain

Uy, totoo yan, maraming preggy friends ko na-experience din yan around that stage, super annoying talaga! It could be tension from the hormones, posture changes, or dehydration (which is so common sa pregnancy), but honestly kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB para sure lang, lalo na kung sobrang severe or may kasama pang iba symptoms, better safe than sorry talaga, especially when you're expecting. In the meantime, try to rest, drink lots of water, and gentle neck stretches kung kaya mo, pero please go see your doctor agad para ma-rule out ang anything more serious.
