Aw mama, PPD is serious kaya please reach out to your OB-GYN first, they can refer you to a psychiatrist or mental health specialist right away, or try the nearest hospital in Alabang like Alabang Medical Center. A few of us moms have also found na ang PGH (Philippine General Hospital) and Ospital ng Maynila have affordable mental health clinics if you need options, pero yung OB mo talaga ang best starting point kasi alam nila ang history mo.
