Power pumping

Is power pumping effective for everyone to increase milk supply? How long after starting did you see an increase? Been power pumping for more than a week but doesn’t seem to see an effect. Thanks!

It varies for individuals I think? I personally never done power pump despite being low supply in the initial stage. I took sunflower lecithin and legendairy milk 3 in 1 bundle.
