Natural miscarriage

Any advice from doctor? Usually doctor will ask you whether do you want to wait for natural or manage by medication or surgery. I was explained all the options by dr as I m at high risk. She will advice me once it is confirmed missed miscarriage.

Mine happened naturally. As my pregnancy is not so far, no physical pain but just lots and lots of blood. I still go to O&G to check on the day itself.
