Signs of early miscarriage

Hi. Is it possible to have miscarriage without all the signs such as bleeding, cramps, etc? Im anxious now. I have my first check up tomorrow and i’m on my 6th week. I had a spotting a few days ago, which is light colored and only a few droplets. But cramps are always there like everyday. The cramps are not painful and only momentarily but it never goes away. My breast are still tender and my body sore including back pain. So im quite panicking inside and I overthink. I know only the doctor tomorrow can confirm but i need your advice too. To at least relieve this overthinking. Thanks. #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Hi, light colour spotting shouldn't be much of a concern. I hope your scan went smoothly. It can be quite worrying especially during 1st trimester but don't stress over it. Take care and enjoy the pregnancy!

Miscarriage will be bad cramps followed by continuous bleeding like period. So yours could just be implantation spotting :) light cramps are normal as uterus is expanding. See a doctor to feel assured:)
