Mama, please contact your OB or go to your hospital right away to get checked, hindi ito dapat i-ignore at 36 weeks na with 5cm dilation, kailangan mo ng professional assessment talaga. I know scary ito, pero better safe than sorry pag ganito na ang situation mo! Some of my mum friends experienced irregular contractions din before labor, pero kailangan talaga ng doctor para malaman kung ano exactly ang nangyayari sa'yo at kung kailangan mo ng monitoring.
