A few of us breastfeeding moms experienced irregular periods din, some had delayed periods, some super light lang, and iba naman spotting here and there while exclusively breastfeeding. It's actually normal kasi ang breastfeeding mismo ay nakakaapekto sa hormones na nag-control ng cycle mo, especially pag frequent ang feeds. Pero kung worried ka or sobrang irregular na, better to check with your OB lang to make sure everything's okay!
