Congrats sa 35 weeks, mama! Okay so sa public hospital, yun talaga, no bottles allowed kaya breastfeeding lang from the start, which is fine naman pero good to prepare mentally for it. For your hospital bag, I'd bring: 2-3 button-up pajamas (para madaling magpabayad at mag-breastfeed), 3 nursing bras, maternity pads na marami (they go through them fast!), comfortable underwear na okay i-discard, your ID/health card, ATM card, and some snacks for after, kahit crackers or chocolates for energy.
For baby, public hospitals usually provide most ng kailangan but bring 1-2 sets ng newborn clothes just in case, a small blanket or swaddle, at cleansing wipes or mild washcloth, dala mo na lang kung ano usual mo gamitin since they're specific din minsan with what they allow. My neighbour delivered sa public hospital at sabi niya mas stress-free lang kung prepared ka emotionally na talagang limited ang things you can bring, kaya focus on comfort items for you na talaga important.
