Extra nipples in both left and right armpit

Aww mama, don't feel embarrassed, this is actually more common than you think, a few of us in my mum group discovered the same thing postpartum! What you're describing sounds like supernumerary nipples (extra breast tissue), and while they're usually harmless, the fact na may galactorrhea (milk discharge) from them is something worth mentioning to your OB or pediatrician just to be safe, especially since you're brand new postpartum and hormones are all over the place. I'd say get it checked during your follow-up visit lang para peace of mind, your doctor can tell you if it's something to monitor or if there's anything to do about it, pero most likely you're totally fine!
