Breastfeeding while pregnant

Oo, okay lang naman breastfeed pa si LO habang buntis ka, marami sa amin na ginagawa yan! A few of my mum friends did it with their second pregnancy and the babies were fine, though some shared na parang mas mabilis maubos ang milk or natinding konti ang lasa because of hormones, kaya medyo ayaw ng ilan sa babies, but not always naman. Best talaga to check with your OB or pediatrician kung paano ka feeling physically kasi may cases din na nakakasakit ang nipples from the breastfeeding combined with pregnancy changes, but generally it's doable if you and baby are comfortable. Ingat lang sa dehydration at proper nutrition mo, both breastfeeding and pregnancy take a lot from the body.
