Honestly yan ang confusing part, kaya I asked one of my mum friends who just gave birth last month and sabi niya, bring both the MDR at any proof of payment you have, kahit screenshot lang from the portal, then let the hospital staff guide you kung anong else they need, because sometimes they accept alternatives if the portal isn't printing properly. Better to bring extra docs than walang ma-present, yun ang ginawa niya and it went smoothly!
