Confused

Hello po. Confused po kasi ako if menstruation or implantation bleeding po yung naranasan ko, kasi nag bleeding po ako for 2 days which is similar po sa duration ng period ko po which only last for 2 days, then napuno po yung tampon, severe cramping tsaka meron pong blood clots, pero later on days after may spotting po tsaka mucus discharge. Ng pt narin po ako, negative yong result. Possible po bang buntis ako? Maraming salamat po sa makakabasa nito.
