Depo or DMPA

Ay, normal lang yan mama, marami sa amin ang nakaranas ng ganyan especially sa first few months ng depo! One of my mum friends had brownish spotting for like three weeks after her first shot, tapos nawala na eventually, pero isa pang kaibigan namin ay patuloy until she switched to a different contraceptive, kaya talaga it varies per person. Since it's been happening to you, better check with your OB lang to make sure everything's okay, basta she can confirm kung normal lang siya or if need mag adjust ng method, no worries!
