I'm not sure with the other well experience Momss pero ako kase water lang then fruits especially citrus like orange. Ayoko din uminom ng gamot coz i dont feel comfy about it. Pero try to consult your OB regarding that.

ask your OB para maresetahan ka ng tamang gamot na safe sa preggy.
