hello po. sino po nagte-take ng heragest soft gel? is it supposed to take it either orally and as suppository? thanks for the insights :)

Hi pwede naman po ba na oral intake ang heragest? First time ko po kase maresetahan nito and ang sabi lang ni doc is 2x a day, hindi nya nabanggit sakin kung oral or vaginal insert. (May nagsabi lang sakin na pwede to vaginal insert, pero oral ko naman ini-intake)
