Honestly, I haven't tried Nan Optipro Three personally, pero a few of us moms in my group chat have kids on it at that age and they seem okay naman, walang digestive issues or anything, which is good since you're coming from Similac Gain. The transition might take a week or two para sa baby, kaya observe lang kung paano siya mag-adjust sa new formula. Best to check with your pedia too if baby has any sensitivities, pero from what I've heard, it's a solid option! Let me know how it goes sa baby mo.
