Irregular menstruation

Hello po. Sana po may nkaexperience ng ganito and mkaexplain. I gave birth last oct 22, mixed feeding, started taking exluton nov 30, first menstruation dec 5 to dec 12, stopped taking exluton feb 13 bcoz i thought i'm pregnant but took 2 pregnancy tests negative, next menstruation feb 27- mar 5, bumalik uminom ng exluton mar 5, may menstruation na naman mar 12. May nkaexperience po ba ng ganito? Thanks in advamce po.
