Aww, back pain sa 15 weeks is really tough, mama, nararamdaman ko ang frustration mo! Please check with your OB-GYN first bago gumamit ng kahit anong product, lalo na ngayon na buntis ka, they'll know what's safe for you and baby. A few of my mom friends had the same concern, and honestly, ang doctor lang talaga ang makakaadvise ng tama para sa inyo. Hoping you feel better soon! Strength, mama.
