Constipated problem

Hi po sa mga katulad kong preggy mom👋 Mga mamsh ask lang po constipated kasi ako, hirap mag poops more water nman iniinum ko ,minsan may ksama ng dugo poops ko normal pba un? 😢 Any tips para lumambot ang poops?
