Cows milk allergy

For cow's milk allergy, a lot of us mums go with hydrolyzed formulas or goat milk, maraming kaibigan ko nagswitch to those dahil mas gentle sa tummy ng babies na allergic sa cow's milk. But honestly, since this is an allergy thing, mas maayos na i-confirm muna with your pedia kung aling formula ang best for your LO bago ka mag-transition, kasi sometimes may recommendations sila based sa severity ng allergy. You can also continue mixed feeding (breast milk + formula on the side) so transition is gentler pa, that's what a few of us tried din!
