Pregnancy rashes

Uy, pregnancy rashes are super common, lalo na around first trimester kasi sobrang galing sa hormonal changes! A few of us mums experienced the same thing, one friend got it on her face and neck, tapos isa naman sa arms lang, so it really varies. Best to check with your OB para ma-rule out kung hindi lang ito yung normal pregnancy skin stuff, kasi sometimes it could be something else na kailangan ng specific care. In the meantime, keep your face super clean and use gentle products lang, harsh stuff talaga ang trigger ng mas maraming rashes during pregnancy.
