Aw mama, normal lang yan especially pag hindi consistent ang pumapasok sa breast mo, yung body mo pa lang nag aadapt sa demand! One of my mum friends had the same thing for months pa rin kaya don't worry, maraming nangyari sa amin. Tight bras and tops can definitely make it worse kaya go for looser, breathable ones muna to let things settle down. But since you're 8 months in and still experiencing this, it would be good to check with your OB or lactation consultant para ma-rule out kung may underlying issue or kung normal lang talaga sa case mo, basta peace of mind lang para sa'yo! In the meantime, keep a supply ng nursing pads sa bag mo para sa leaks, and you'll be fine!
