hello po, okay lang po ba mag take ng stresstabs for me, mix formula and breastfeeding po ako.. lunch and evening lang mka dede si baby, coz im currently working. Salamat po sa sasagot#advicepls

Hi mama! Kailangan mo talaga mag-check with your OB or pediatrician muna bago mag-start ng any vitamins or supplements, lalo na habang nagbre-breastfeed ka pa, dapat sure na safe para sa baby, kahit part-time feeding lang. Alam ko stress is real especially while working at nag-aalaga ng baby, pero better safe than sorry with what you're taking, 'no? Once your doc approves, you can take it with peace of mind. Rooting for you, mama!
