St Luke's Check Up

Hi po.. My OB just messaged me that St Luke's alloted them with weekly clinic schedules specially for the pregnant women, starting this week. Malapit na po akong manganak as I am already 35 weeks preggy. Sa St Lukes po talaga ako supposed to be manganganak since my OBGYN is there. Since I am living in Malolos, Bulacan, would you know if I will be permitted to enter and exit QC for the check up? I'll be coming in from NLEX po. Is there a proof or document I need to show at checkpoint or basta cases like these pwede po pumasok at lumabas ng Manila? Ty po.1

Health declaration from brgy hall kuha ka, baby book certificate of pregnancy na may naka indicate cno OB mo.. travel pass quarantine pass (iba pa to sa quarantine pass) pero depende yan sa inimplement ng mayor nyo.. sa amin kasi ganyan kahigpit tapos pag pauwi na kmi automatic PUM kami.. kaya pupunta lang kmi sa hospital pag maglelabor na tlga... mahirap, mahigpit, lalo na baka i3xtend pa tong april 30 gang may 30
